Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return & exchange
  • Returns are strictly limited to defective items and incorrect items ONLY.
  • For sizing concerns, customers are eligible for exchanges ONLY.
  • All items will undergo a quality check prior to dispatch. If customer receives an incorrect/ defective item, Claus will cover the round-trip shipping fees.
  • If the size doesn’t fit and you wish to exchange it, you’ll need to cover the shipping costs both ways.
  • No returns or exchanges are provided for the following situations:
    • After 5 days of receiving
    • Hangtags removed
    • Missing product accessories
    • Visible sign of use or washing
    • Clothing with stains/ makeup marks
    • Undergarments
    • Products not purchased through Claus’ official channel
2. How to determine if an item is defective?
  • Eligible for return/ exchange: 
    • Large area of stains on clothing
    • Clothing is damaged/ torn
  • Not considered defective:
    • Minor unraveling
    • Small area of stain/ minimal spots of less than 0.5cm
    • Buttonhole is not open
    • Colour discrepancy in photos
3. How to return?
  • Notify customer service on Instagram: clausofficial_  OR soberandkisses@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item
  • Fill in the return request form provided.
  • Our team will review and respond within 3 working days.
  • If approved, please send the item(s) back to our studio.
  • Item(s) will be inspected to ensure they qualify for a return or exchange.
  • Following the inspection, you may choose a refund or a replacement item.
